*Registration Fee is meant for each person, in Euros, VAT free. The registration fee includes certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunch. For group registration, please contact the Organizing Secretariat in order to take advantage of registration package. Please note that seating is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshop rates: 50,00 for members, 80,00 Euros for non Members.

The above registration fees are reserved to physicians, patients and other healthcare professionals. We invite Industry representatives, non sponsoring the Congress but willing to attend to register online by selecting the dedicated fee €800,00. 

On site rates will be charged to registrations received after 31 Aug. Registration fees are 50% refundable of the total amount before 31st July. After 31st July 2025, no refund will be possible. Lunch is not provided on Thursday and Saturday.

Hotel dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo is conveniently located in Piazza Giuseppe Missori, 1, just 200 meters from Piazza Duomo. The hotel is easily accessible via public transport, with the Missori metro station (M3 line) and the 12, 15, 16, 24 trams nearby. Linate Airport is connected to Milan city centre by the M4 underground line.  From Linate Airport take the M4 line and get off at the Sforza Policlinico stop.  The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Sforza Policlinico. Taxis are readily available from the Linate airport or Milan Central station, with an estimated travel time of 25 minutes. The distance from Malpensa Airport is of about 50 minutes by car and 1h 10 minutes by train shuttle.
